Year 2008 kick starts with the trip to Singapore .... My first trip of the year .... Yippie !!!! And, my tour guides are, tadaa ... Keef and Andy ....

A walk down to memory lane ....

I still remember when we had the conversation about how we get our friend's contact during the our 'old' days ... At that time, there are no e-mail, msn, etc. So, we bought the small little autograph book ....

During the spring cleaning last week, I found my old autograph bookS ... Surprisingly, i still use it when I was in Form 6... That's not too long ago .... kekekeke .... Some friends had even write several times in my book ... when they are small little kid during primary and when they grew at secondary ....

Going through the books bring back good memories .... The most common wishes i got were to get 4As, 7As, 9A1 la... Last time, those exam results seem like an important target to achieve hor... Now, it's like some statistic on the paper onie ...

Also got some comment on how I was like during those days .... Written there was I'm a quiet person .... Do I still fall under the category now ??? What else ??? I love to smile and childish ...

Got some advices from my friends also like become more fierce and scold people la, to start thinking about the 'pak tor' matter la, don't become a nui keong yan la, don't trust people too much la ... don't sacrifice too many time in study la ....

To all those had written on my autograph books before, thank you for giving me a happy memory ....

Jacky Cheung - 搖瑤

First Birthday of the Year

As FL said, first birthday of the year, we must ‘kao dai' .... So, before I am late in posting this (which i usually do) hehehe ... HAPPY BIRTHDAY KEEF !!!!

Hopefully you will manage to find your 'Lee Hom' this year ??? Is that your birthday wish ??? Hahaha .... Glad that you had a great time on Saturday .... And, because of you, I believe we all had great fun too ...

The Year of Jacky Cheung World Tour 07

It is not a secret that I love listening to Jacky 张学友 ... Since watching Snow Wolf Lake in 2005, i've been waiting to watch his concert... And, 2 years later in Year 2007, he really came back to perform his concert in Malaysia but I went to Bali the same day !!!! I was so disappointed and there are times when I had the urge to postpone a day later to Bali ...

However, my chance came again in Year 2008 when he came to repeat his Encore show... I agreed to go watch him live in Singapore when Keef told me that he is coming... I have to admit here ... To go to other country to watch a person singing, I never thought I would do that... But, I don't want the miss the opportunity !!!! Who knows I have to wait for how many years to watch the concert again ???

And, the moment came .... 6 January 2008 (Sunday), 8 pm at Singapore National Indoor Stadium ... I was excited that day and when the concert started, I started to scream my lungs off .... My voice change after the concert end ... Luckily, still manage to talk the next day :P

It was a 3 hours show ... Dancing, singing, musical theatre, the jokes, the karaoke session ... I was having a blast that nite ... Kekeke .... Keef was 'surprised' i tink when he saw him dancing ... Oh my... So so ... what's the word le .... a bit 'hao hao dei' i think ... kekeke ... but, i enjoyed it ... My favourite part of the show is actually the musical theatre part when he combined the snow wolf lake and the movie perhaps love together ... Also, the encore was as long as one hour ... And, he sang out all my favourite songs!!!! I just wish he would sang more cantonese songs but I was at Singapore. I am thankful ....

End of Year 2007 Holiday : Pangkor and Cameron Trip

* This is a super late entry .... But, better late than never rite ? :P

I had a great time in Year End 2006 trip that left me with sweet memories and because of that, I always promote the long holiday plan to my buddies. And, my wish came true ... Thank You my friends ....

Destination: Pulau Pangkor
Date: 26 December 2007 to 28 December 2007

Main characters

1. The old couple - 老夫妻(Nick and Su)
2. Peace Loving Gals (Keef and FL)

I had never been to Pangkor and I thought it would be some place like Langkawi, maybe not as big as Langkawi. However, I would never expect to finish touring the Island's interesting destination cum shopping within few hours. And, we were going to spend another 2 nites there.

So, it became the most relaxing trip i ever had with the gang. We have all the time and no rushing to other places. What did we do at the Island?

- 'tendang-tendang' air and swing swing .... weee.... weee....



- build 'place to wash our feet', sand toilet, sand tunnel and play ball !!!



Not forgetting that I drank some sea water too .... So 'ham' .... Also, I enjoyed the time when we had to watch Tom and Jerry cartoon together (how we laughed although there are no sound)..

Conclusion, nice beach and relaxing days ... Lovin it!!!

Destination: Cameron Highlands
Date: 28 December 2007 to 30 December 2007

The gang has always be the fans of Cameron Highlands. Cheap and comfortable accomodation, nice food, good weather, beautiful sceneries. All this factors had made it become an annual trip for us .... Hopefully, the newly joined yap and fp had a great time too ...

- enjoying the scenery and steamboat (a must!!!)



- BBQ and the longest pool game (ada gaya teknik takda) :P




Destination: Gunung Lang (Ipoh)
Date: 30 December 2007

After a sumptous meal of Ipoh Hor Fun, Ipoh Chicken and Ipoh Taugeh, we headed to Gunung Lang... hehehe ... This time the weather didn't disappoint us. It was really really HOT !!!




Finally, the year end trip came to the ending point... 5 Days and 4 Nites ... Island and Mountain ... What else can I ask? I had great fun and this time I had enough sleep .... Yippie !!!

New Year 2008

This time I was late in putting this entry ... A re-cap of year 2007 ... Not a good way to start year 2008 ... Procrastinating ... Hehehe ... Bad bad habit to change this year ...

Keef and Andy did a re-cap of their own and my one would be most likely the same ... kekeke ...

To me 2007 was a busy year for me ... I mean career wise, most of sifu, my seniors left and I had to start taking responsibilities ... With two hands and a brain, I started to learn how to deal with the pressure once shielded by them ... But, still ... so many things that I am not good enough ... haih .... Hopefully, i can improve this year ... And, to deal with the stress ...

Social life wise ... I had a great year ... I had my bunch of good friends to thank for ... Yong had expressed it all ... So many trips, outings, etc ... Two words for u all ... Thank You ...

So, Year 2008 .... I hope i have better years, better health, better in everthing la ... Wishing u all have a great year ahead ... Let's ganbateh together towards a better year ...
