After so many years, I sit on the driver seat again today...

How do I feel? Scary...

I don't think I will be a good driver... At this point, i think i am dangerous to others as well ...

Driving at 20km/hr in the residential area sums it all ... ekeke...

Peak

It's the time of the year again when the amount of work is, is, ALOT ... I browsed through my 2007 entry and things like going to explode like a volcano and flying away from the planet earth basically explained it all. Mayday 离开地球表面 has been my favourite song during the period and this year I believe it will still be the choice especially when it's getting near to the deadline.


Let's hope I survived this round ... Wait, i shouldn't say hope. Die die also must get through it... Hope that it will be better than last year. I don't know how long i can take this but getting through this always something new to learn... Have to had a positive mind here ...


That's why having something fun to look forward to at the end of this period is a necessity...

While on our way home yesterday nite, Mom told us they caught two young teenagers stealing things from the bookshop ... Not only one or two items, a few items ... Pens, books, files, CDs ... And, how old are they ??? Both only 13 years old ...

I am speechless. My parents were discussing whose fault would it be ? And, both of them agreed it would be the parents ... But, I don't really agree ... SOmetimes, it's just the person's nature to steal things. I'd seen a schoolmate who did that a few times and the schoolmate as I understand is from a loving family. And, although it's the responsibility of parents to teach their children, we cannot just blame everything to them... The children must also be accountable to every actions / decisions that they make ...

My second broadway show... The show was delayed half an hour and we wondered why... Anyway, it's good... Only, it was marred when there are some technical problem when the beast transform to become the prince charming ... Ekeke ...

缘份 Yuanfen

While sending my brother and his girlfriend back to the hostel tonite, dad suddenly said, "I feel like I have a strong connection with this uni. Maybe it's 缘份". Why did he say that?

Many years ago, before he met mom, he used to go to the campus everyweek to play basketball with his friends, who at that time was a lecturer there... After a few years, when he met mom, he would visit the campus often because mom's brother was a student there .... And, finally after 20 ++ years, he is back to the campus again when the daughter and son also study there ....

So, what is 缘份? Some findings from wikipedia as follows:

Yuan (缘) or Yuanfen (缘份; pinyin: yuán fèn) is a Buddhist-related Chinese concept that means the predetermined principle that dictates a person's relationships and encounters, usually positive, such as the affinity among friends or lovers. In common usage the term can be defined as the "binding force" that links two persons together in any relationship. The concept of synchronicity from the Swiss psychologist Carl Jung can be seen as similar to yuánfèn, which Chinese people also believe to be a universal force governing the happening of things to some people at some places. Yuánfèn belongs to the family of concepts known in theology as determinism.

A JOURNEY CALLED LIFE

In view of the coming 'McD Walk', i had to motivate myself ... I still wonder how i get myself into this ... The old me during 'peak period' would not do things like this ...

Am I inspired? Ermmmm .... But, one thing I learnt is Never Say No ... Like a saying from a movie i watched recently, belum try belum tau, sudah try hari-hari mau ...

Hope that I will feel that way at the end of the day ...

生日快乐

Since a year ago, i make a wish. To live life without regret, like there will be no tomorrow. Everyday will be a brand new exciting days ... Just like what Keef said: "Life is too short to be wasting any moment!!! So, get that fat-ass moving!!!" Hahaha ...


So many things happened during this period. Ups and downs. But, seems like it just happened yesterday. Time really flies. Life has been hectic. Work and play. Family and friends... So many new experiences and happy moments. During this time, I had been to places that I'd never been before. Bali, Pangkor, Singapore, Sg Lembing, Awana Kijal (Kemaman) and Krabi ... I never expect that I will be able to travel to so many places at this point of life... I am so lucky...


So, what else can I ask for ??? I've received so many from my family and dear friends... Wonderful people... To have people to share my happiness and sorrow... You all are the best present that I ever had... Thank you for all the wishes and greetings (^_^)

P/S: As i said to a friend, I am joining u all at Club 2_ .... Let's age gracefully and have fun !!!!
