I can't believe I had to explain so many times for a simple matter !!! E-mails, explain patiently on the phone ... haihhh


What else I can do to make this people understand !!! Draw? Feed? Am I that bad in communication? Am I talking gibberish? Alien languages?

What I hated was still talked snobbishly when their understanding is wrong !!!! And, still order people around ... You are not my boss okay !!!! &@#^*$&^
