It's a special date... It marked the beginning of Beijing Olympics 2008... What did I do on this special date ??? Like most of the people spending time in front of the TV watching the spectacular opening ceremony???
Fish cake & wantan with some Thai sauce, a type of soup with garlic bread (yummy), braised lamb shank, baked baby snapper, chicken escalope, tiramisu and italian cream cake ... Not forgetting, some red & white wine...Yupp! Having a good dinner with some friends, updating each other with juicy stories and news ... And, it all because of our dear friend, Kellyn, who registered that day... So, Mrs Tham, thank you for the dinner ... Enjoyed the time and food... Certainly a much needed break from our hectic life ...
